Southern Champion offers insurance, raises, 401K and paid vacations. Raises are typically awarded annually. After 2 years of employment we offer each employee a paid one week vacation during Christmas.
SCC is a Drug Free Workplace. You must submit to a drug test before being hired. All employees are subject to random drug testing. Any positive test will result in suspension without pay. A second positive test will result in permanent termination.
SCC pays ONLY by direct deposit. New hires will have to provide routing number and account information upon starting work.
